First Time Right at Every Answer

As an account manager at CONTROLTEK, Jeff is one of the people that interacts the most with our clients on a weekly basis, and probably someone who answers the most questions about our products and services.  Here is how he does it First Time Right:

What is your role at CONTROLTEK?

I am part of the CONTROLTEK Client Services Team. I work directly with our clients to understand their processes and identify their needs. This enables me to find out what they want, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.

How do you deliver First Time Right in your work?

It is imperative for me to provide our clients with a high level of confidence at every single point of contact, which gives them unmatched value. What I always focus on is having a friendly attitude and being interested in providing solutions, having a thorough knowledge of our products that I can clearly communicate, efficiently providing a prompt response, and having awareness of the industries we serve.

What’s the favorite part of your job?

I like the collaborative environment. My teammates are always available to answer questions, discuss challenges, and share ideas. There is a genuine atmosphere of cooperation and shared goals all revolving around helping the client.

What inspires you?

Maya Angelou said that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel, so that inspires me to treat our clients with a friendly and helpful attitude.
