Managing procurement of your mission-critical supplies is easy with CONTROLTEK. We offer custom ordering websites where you and your team members can log in, browse only products pertinent to you, place orders and run reports you need. Your different regions or departments can order directly the items they need, while you have an enterprise-level view and the ability to run reports per region, product or budget spend in order to have an easier grasp on your organization’s procurement. Different team members can have different levels of access that you decide on.

When you supply mission-critical solutions to the world’s largest armored couriers, banks and government institutions, there can be no break in the supply chain. That’s why we don’t rely on just one manufacturing plant — we rely on three, operated by our manufacturing partners and strategically located on different continents. This approach, coupled with stringent quality control processes at each plant, allows us to offer uninterrupted service to our customers no matter the fluctuations in the market, changes in demand or possible natural disasters that may impact any one location.

Global Distribution

Our fulfillment center boasts over one million square feet, enabling us to hold in stock more products and to ship them quicker than anyone in the industry. In fact, for many of our customers, we hold in stock several months’ worth of mission-critical items so that we can ship on a moment’s notice anywhere in the world. Our Client Services Team is organized around our customers — each organization we serve has a dedicated representative who ensures that orders are fulfilled smoothly and that any issues are resolved quickly.

Our founder, Jon Diplock, started our company back in 1976 with an old Volvo truck and a desire to bring to the world the finest in security products. Today CONTROLTEK has presence on three continents; our products are delivered via a state-of-the-art logistics network; and we are relied on by some of the world’s premier financial institutions.
